product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing servicing, contact us at 214-460-3732 and we will give you the

information you will need to contact them directly.

Statement of Guarantee

The Wright Company will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.

The following rates apply to all Class-Items listed above, for both List & State. The final rate will be determined based on the scope of the work and or Agreement. $75 - $375 per Incident.
